Comment: Victoria Wu was the one that helped me handling the entire process. I am an International student and in within 20 days, I was able to find the apartment of my dreams and by the almost-impossible due date I had settled. Her dedication is everything. She will text you at 3 am if needed. I went to grab a coffee with her and she was so patient and understandable all the time, and did not hesitate into having to explain to me all the difficult concepts many times. She was always available and really quick during the entire process, and furthermore, really transparent which is something I really appreciate. She also makes sure after you are settled in that everything is ok and if there is anything she can do, and in the case you do, she will come up with a solution immediately. I am really happy about how everything turned out and if you are looking for someone not only fast, but reliable and transparent, she is the one you should reach out to. Also she was able to find something way below the original price we settled, and way better than expected.

Comment: Victoria Wu helped us find our apartment. I reached out to multiple brokerages and Mont Sky was the only one to contact me back. I had a short amount of time to get my apartment and Victoria sent me listings at all hours of the day to understand my needs and preferences and helped me to my open house which ultimately lead to me signing on my place. She was readily available via text/phone the whole way.

She works with the intention of securing you your housing, within your budget and preferences. Within a matter of days she secured me an apartment near my university, within my budget and in accordance to my amenities preferences. She works day and night, will sacrifice sleep for you, follow up amicably post-lease, and work out extra details if necessary, just to make sure her clients feel satisfied with the apartment. If there is a specific apartment on your radar, she’ll work extremely hard to secure it; needless to say she doesn’t give up easy and champions/ advocates for her clients in any way possible. She is reliable and devoted to your needs as a client and should be considered an essential asset to the Mont sky team. I would recommend her to anyone, and actually have to my best friend recently.

Comment: Xiaodong helped to sell our apartment in a very difficult market due to COVID. He worked tirelessly to find a deal and seamlessly worked with the managing agent of the building to ensure all protocols were met in regards to apartment showings. Throughout the selling process Xiaodong answered all of our questions promptly and did not pressure us to make any decisions with which we were not comfortable (e.g., price reductions). Xiaodong demonstrated a strong knowledge of the current real estate market and trends. We highly recommend using him.

Once I let them know which apartment I was interested in viewing, they always quickly responded, and arranged an appointment for me. During my preparation process for the coop board interview, they provided tons of reminders about the documents I needed to prepare, and suggestions about how to be succeed in the coop interview. Comment: We worked with Nick and Chris through Mont Sky to purchase a coop and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process! As first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar about the actual process and they gave us guidance from the search to the closing. They provided recommendations that fit within our guidelines, contacted sellers to schedule viewings, helped organize the co-op board package, prepared us for the interviews, etc. Nick even joined us for multiple viewings!
