Comment: I purchased a condo in Manhattan for investment through Mr. Kyu. It was my first time staying at a Manhattan condo, and the teacher took a lot of time to explain everything in detail. I felt like I was receiving more than just a class from one to ten. He was always proactive and seemed like a friend I can work with for a long time, not just a typical real estate agent. He gave me honest opinions. He gave me a lot of explanations from various perspectives. It took a year, and although it was tiring, he was patient and helped me slowly. It was a great opportunity, so I bought a condo I liked at the right time, and he even helped me with the leasing. In particular, the teacher has insight into people, so he carefully interviews people who are unlikely to have any issues, and good people are paying their rent on a regular basis every month.
