Comment: Five stars!! Highly recommend!! Had an excellent experience with Ron Krasnow after my landlord at my 5th floor walk-up studio in the East Village decided to raise my rent by $500. After a few weeks of sending me great apartments that just weren’t quite right, Ron found me a dog-friendly RENT-STABILIZED (!!!) ONE-BEDROOM (!!!) in an elevator building in a great Brooklyn neighborhood for a price so low I almost (almost!) feel guilty that I’m not paying more. The apartment was on the market at 4:30pm, he helped me get my application in by 5pm, we were touring the apartment at 6:30pm, and I was approved by 3pm the next day. Ron was super communicative, patient, and helpful during this very stressful process, and if you’re lucky he might bring his dog along on an apartment tour. In conclusion, the NYC rental market is a nightmare and Ron was a fantastic advocate and guide as I searched for my new place.

Comment: FANTASTIC company! Read below…The moving experience in NYC during 2022 has been a nightmare; however, Reda and Cassandra made the experience so much better. I had been looking for an apartment for over three weeks and due to the significant housing demand, finding a *nice* place in Brooklyn is an extreme sport. Additionally, I am completing my doctoral residency in a hospital, so my schedule is quite difficult (ER shifts, working weekends, etc). I was feeling dejected and believed that I would need to put my stuff in storage and stay at an Airbnb until I found a place. Luckily, I stumbled across an add on Craigslist for a lovely apartment. I sent a text at 10:00pm and automatically got a polite response (I was desperate at this point)! I worked with Reda and Cassandra throughout the entire process and they were truly professional and kind. They made the leasing process straightforward and kept checking-in to ensure I was taken care of. I found an apartment 7 days before my lease was up and have officially moved in! They also created a group chat so that we were all on the same page when working out leasing details. This extra step showed me how serious they took their work and that they weren’t scammers/greedy realtors. It definitely gave me peace of mind.They also were extremely patient and kind when I had some difficulty with my guarantor uploading his documents. They were never rude or pushy, which I was greatly appreciative of. I wish I would have used this company earlier in my apartment hunt! I found a place that is within my budget, takes Rhino insurance, and is a new building. Definitely recommend them and their services!!!!

Comment: I contacted Eitan in regards to a listing in Bed Stuy and he was kind, polite and courteous in every encounter I had with him. We arranged a time to meet to view the apartment, and I fell in love with it right away. Unfortunately, I had already submitted an application to rent another apartment through another company called Nooklyn so I was stuck waiting to hear back from them. After no reply from Nooklyn for a few days, I finally got confirmation I was not going to be accepted so that I could happily apply to Eitan’s listing. The process with Nooklyn was extremely frustrating for me as they were very unprofessional and unethical, but Eitan helped me with any questions along the way so I was able to seamlessly apply for the MySpace listing. When I heard back about getting accepted, I wanted to view the apartment once more before signing the lease and Eitan gladly arranged to meet me to quell any last minute reservations I had. When I met with Subrina to sign the lease, she was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely recommend using Eitan and Subrina from MySpace in your next apartment search!

Comment: Coming up from a small town like Tallahassee, FL to NYC, it was daunting to even begin to think about the potential difficulty of finding an apartment in a city where it seemed to be near impossible to find a serviceable place for a reasonable price. I chose one weekend to look over 15+ apts, which is probably normal for most people, but stressful nonetheless. My agent Jamie P made the process smoother than I couldve ever imagined. To be completely honest, I had some other places in mind in which she was not the broker, but her enthusiasm, proactiveness, and desire to help me (she was literally on queue anytime Id call) pretty much made my decision for me. This process also seemed way less about the money for her, which is really refreshing in a business where it seems like people do literally anything for a dollar. I cant speak for other agents within Myspace NYC, but if they are anything like Jamie, the company is in good hands. Thank you guys.

Ive dealt with brokers who promise to show an advertised apartment and then give you an address to a completely different property. On other occasions Ive found what would be the perfect apartment only to learn that the listing price is not what it actually is. I found a listing by MySpace and met with Jamie Pelletier who was honest and extremely attentive. I was in a pinch to find a place to live and she ended showing me the perfect apartment. It was exactly how the listing described and she was prepared to answer any and all questions about the property. She even had a cool laser tool to measure the dimensions of the rooms that she busted out right there on the spot. In less than two days she had all the paperwork ready and made sure to secure my future home.

Comment: I had a wonderful experience with Jordan, Danielle, and Subrina! My roommate and I found the location online and contacted them - and we got an immediate response. They were always very responsive and very communicative. So far a great company to work with! They were very flexible in meeting with us after hours (I work late hours). We just signed our lease and will be moving in a couple months. As far as apartment hunting/signing and reviewing leases...this was as smooth as possible. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Comment: Jamie Pelletier was amazing to work with. She’s very honest and down-to-earth and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using Jamie at the Williamsburg MySpace location if you want a hard to find apartment and prefer a calm delightful person.
