We received multiple offers, thanks in large part to Deannas incredible work.Deanna worked with a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our property online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She spent a lot of time in the showing and open house, answering and following all direct or indirect inquiries, and provided us with detailed feedback after each showing. which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Comment: We listed our commercial building in Troy, New York, with Deanna Dal Pos for just over two and a half years. During that time she generated four contracts from buyers. The first three all dropped out due to lack of financing, personal reasons and the inability to get government concessions on taxes. The fourth one was the perfect fit for our building and closing occurred in less time than it took the others to withdraw.Deanna was always responsive when we wanted to push things along, including during the pandemic restrictions, which limited what real estate agents could do. Having seen other buildings in our area stay on the market for far longer, we were happy with the results she produced.
