There were a number of difficult situations that were very easily solved by Nancy. Comment: From start to finish Nancy was the best. My wife and I have bought and sold several properties and the experience was never more simple, efficient, gracious, or warm than this one. Nancy knows the area from all angles, as a resident, parent, and having been elected to positions in local government. Her help and advice went from where to buy things to the best coffee in town, to what its like to live there, to what to look for in the contractural details of the purchase.
