Comment: I was referred to Nareema by my cousin on 7/15/2023. I called her and explained everything that I needed detail for detail. She was driving at the time and still listened to my needs. When she arrived at her office she gave me a call back and then made an appointment with me for the following day. I can honestly say I didn’t expect things to go that fast because I had previously reached out to another realtor that still hasn’t responded to me. Nareema and her son are AMAZING!!! She has sold two properties for me in New York without me ever having to leave St. Louis for closing. When I had to evict the renters from my first property in The Bronx, she helped the elderly sisters find their next apartment. When the sale of my second property slowed because of the New York State COVID shutdown, she worked with my renters to keep things moving and, in fact, when the shutdown ended, I received an offer right away resulting in the final sale of my home. She hired a professional photographer to create a promotional video, and always has access to contractors and plumbers to help you get your home in condition for inspection prior to final sale. She assisted my family with the sale of my mother’s home in 2011 as we were dealing with my mother’s deteriorating health. This time was even more challenging as my sister and I had been living out of state for over 15 years, and were unfamiliar with how to manage the sale process. We truly did not even know where to start. Nareema was also referred to me by my mother’s next door neighbor who had also worked with her during the sale of his home.
