Comment: I normally don’t write a review but working with Tammi Ramos was amazing after my other listing with a different realtor expired and working with several agents in the past was a waste of time. It was a blessing finding her. From the first day she was determined to sell my house and went above and beyond with any issues that arose. I honestly could say that if it wasn’t for her persistence I would of not been able to sell my house with the issues I was having. She is very knowledgeable, motivated and very professional. She was on top of things and kept me informed through the entire process. She responded back promptly to any call or emails. She’s literally available 24/7. It doesn’t matter how many questions I would have she would have the answer and make me feel comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend her with selling or finding your dream home you will not be disappointed.

Comment: Ive sold and bought with Neuhaus Realty. Our agent was Carl Neuhaus. There was no car salesmen mentality with Carl Neuhaus. He was honest and did not pressure us when it was clear that we didnt like a house. He knew exactly how to price our house. We sold our house very quickly because he was spot on with the asking price. Similar houses in our area stayed on the market for months and were eventually reduced below the price that we had gotten for our house. Would definitely use him again
