Comment: As a first time home buyer I was scared and anxious because Ive heard stories from others about their home purchasing experience. I met the real estate agent, Haim at NEW HOME MEGA REAL ESTATE at an open house and everything changed. Haim was kind and professional to my family from the moment we step on the property, which we fell in love with. He was courteous to my elderly disabled father, which I appreciated. The property for sale was perfect for my dad because it had a walked-in finished basement (no stairs). The said property had multiple offers but Haim and his team worked with us to make sure our offer was accepted because they understood the benefits of such a home for my disabled father and the difficulty of finding another home as such.Upon making the decision of purchasing the property, Haim introduced us to his co-worker Ana, whom was the most kind, hardworking, and nicest individual Ive ever met. She made the entire closing process a breeze!!!!As mentioned above we were first time home buyers and as expected we had no idea about the financing and legal parts of the process. However, Ana introduced us to her team of mortgage brokers and lawyers. They all worked together to give us the best deal possible. Haim and Ana are a dynamic duo! They went above and beyond for us. They were there for us at every step of the way to answer all our questions and to give us advise when needed. Haim accompanied us at all appointments and Ana called us after to ensure that everything went smoothly.Ana tried her best to make sure we got everything we wanted. She ensure that the wheelchair accessible ramps that my father requested was in place before our closing date. They also gave us five days after moving in to let them know of anything that needs to be fix or repair that they might have missed. I truly appreciate all that they did for us and how easy they made everything. It all felt like a dream because we closed on the house in 20 days. May god bless Ana, Haim, and their team. They are amazing at what they do!!!!

Comment: I just bought a beautiful single family house in the Bronx with help of home mega real estate. This house is fully renovated. I have a lot to say about Haim (real estate broker) and Ana (Haim’s partner). They were working with us since last year. We were having difficulties to get a bank loan because of my low W2. They were showing us houses when I didn’t even have a pre approval. Normally, a real estate agent never like to show house without a pre approval unless it’s an open house.We didn’t know who i could go and get a best pre approval for a single family house. Haim and Ana took us to Vivid Mortgage and they helped us with everything. It was an easy and smooth process. Not only that Haim also helped us with a lawyer, who did the entire process of buying my house. I never thought it would that easy for me to buy a house in New York but Haim and Ana made it so easy.I highly recommend Haim and Ana.

Haim is a pleasure to work with, he is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly attentive to the buyers needs (after dealing with so many brokers who tried pressuring us to buy the first house they showed us - Haim was indeed a fresh change!).
