Frank DeSantis and his son Frankie are the most committed agents I ever had the please of working with. Time and time again these guys have had my back and best interest in mind ever time we have signed leases together.I have came back to New Spirit Reality multiple and just signed my 3rd lease with the Help and services of New Spirit Reality. They are true example of what hard work, commitment and trust that any realty agency would be lucky to have.If youre looking for a home and not sure where to go and you where to ask me for a suggestion, it would always be New Spirit Reality. Comment: These guys are the best. New Spirit Realty got me my first and second apartment, and even helped me with setting up a truck from Home Depot to move. They have so many exclusive, high-end apartments that are spacious, reasonably priced, and immaculate. Although it’s difficult to move into a new apartment, New Spirit Realty facilitated the process, and helped me to seamlessly organize numbers and websites. I’ve found them to be very cool, with deluxe apartments that feature exquisite views, and, possibly, parking, if you have a car! Since New Spirit Realty has been in business for many years, the broker and agent are well-known in Bay Ridge, and represent numerous landlords with high quality inventory. They’ve found me a studio apartment, in a beautiful building, with free access to extremely clean washers and dryers during Covid-19. Yes!!! No charge!! I’m very particular, too. I drove them crazy, Two hearts! But they were patient with me! I got very lucky when I found them on Craigslist in 2018. They truly care about accommodating the housing requirements of their clients, and derive great satisfaction from placing clients in suitable, comfortable homes. Thank you for being honest.🙏🏼🥰

Comment: New spirit Realty its not just a realty its family owned and operated. owner of realty knows most of the owners personally and he is always give you best choice. i try few reality before but not of them has a much choices to choose. Comment: Spectacular father and son team! Theyre great with both owners and seekers! I moved from a low-cost town over to Brooklyn, and I gave them a hard time about the market and expectations here in Brooklyn, but they were respectful and determined the whole time!

Comment: We highly recommend New Spirit Realty! I cannot imagine having a better experience with a realtor than we had with Frank and New Spirit Realty. Working with Frank was an absolute joy, right from our first meeting. We gave him a wish list for our ideal apartment within our budget and he found us an amazing place in what seemed like an impossibly short amount of time. Literally the first place he showed us was PERFECT! Frank never pushed us to look at any apartment that didnt have everything we wanted, was always quick to respond with our questions, and worked with the landlord to get us a great deal. He worked with us every step of the way and never left us wondering or wanting. He was always honest, friendly, polite and respectful not only to us, but to the tenants that were moving out of the apartment he showed us. Even after we signed the lease, Frank remained in constant contact, helping us communicate with our new landlords and making our transition to our new home easy and seamless. Comment: I am beyond grateful to have met New Spirit Realty.Within the first few minutes of meeting with them, I could see that these guys were determined in finding me the most suitable and respectable studio within my price range. As a recent college grad and new resident to New York, I was very fresh to the whole real estate and broker system. Before meeting with New Spirit Realty, I had spoken with other brokers and emailed numerous agencies. Each of those contacts were only concerned about how much of a profit they were going to make out of me, or if I did not meet an application requirement, they simply never wrote me back and completely ignored me. With New Spirit Realty, I worked with brokers who were more concerned about their clients success then their own success. They understood my situation I was in and stayed in contact with me throughout the summer making sure that I knew I could trust them and I would soon have my own studio. These guys are very honest and hard working. The minute I had finally saved enough to start rent, these guys found me the most beautiful studio ever and it was mine within a few hours of just viewing it. Frank and Frank Jr. are both very professional and friendly real estate agents that I completely trust. I really admire their advice, time, and help they have given to me. Not at one time did I ever feel pressured or lost during this whole process. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking to purchase or rent in New York. Comment: Frank is by far the most honest and responsive broker we have met so far. We told him what apartment we were looking for and what our budget was. He showed us different apartments (all within our price range) and took the time to show them twice. Frank follows your instructions precisely and will even try to lower the price if possible. He does not try to sell you something that is beyond your price range. This is quite rare among brokers.
