After weeks of searching, hours of in person visits, and countless of email/text/phone call exchanges later Mayra was the agent to take reins of our search and show us units that checked most of our boxes. Comment: William Monge approached my roommate and I after we listed our apartment on LeaseBreak.com and gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision and go with him as our broker. We had talked to another broker that told us we would have to give a month free if we wanted this apartment rented because of rent prices falling due to the pandemic. That was not something that we could afford to do on top of moving costs and decided to take our chances with William who didn’t bring up a free month of rent once. We were in a tough spot with trying to get someone to take over our lease after deciding to move out of state to save money during the pandemic and William made everything seamless and never locked us into a restrictive contract, which is very rare among brokers. He immediately got to work and we had two showings the first weekend and ended up finding someone to take over the lease on the second showing. I was approached by millions of brokers trying to get my listing and would say anything I wanted to hear just to get it. Jared Paletti s hard work and genuine interest in helping me, even before I gave him the listing, made me trust him even more. He was always accessible and would take clients personally. He invested a lot of his time and effort and was able to rent it in a very short period of time. He is young and eager to work. It was super easy to work with him. Trust me, I met many many brokers and this is by far the best broker you would find, you wont regret it!

Comment: Jared Paletti did an EXCELLENT job subletting my apt in Battery Park. Having to relocate to LA on very short notice, Jared took the reins and completed the task with minimal input from me. Dealing with him was a complete pleasure as he overcame a few obstacles that would have thrown someone with less experience and composure. I recommend Jared without reservation and would not hesitate to use him again.

Tony is by far the most professional, friendly, and down-to-earth real estate professional I have ever worked with. From the beginning of our search to the signing of my lease, it was clear to me that Tonys goal was simple- find me the best apartment for what I was willing to pay.
