Comment: Ed was the absolute best. Extremely knowledgeable about the industry and the area. Went above and beyond to get us into houses. Bought one from him and also sold a property through him. Was constantly in touch with us throughout the whole process both times from start to finish and made it very pleasant. Conversations were entertaining yet professional.. Feel like I’ve known him for years. I will definitely use and recommend Ed to anyone!!

Comment: Edward Svec at NextHome All Island was definitely the right professional to work with on planning a relocation. Experience, information provided, and a genuine concern for the outcome. I love numbers and he almost provided me with too much date on the real estate market. After years of experience working with people in customer service and sales this was an experience with a Realtor, or any professional, that was one of the best. Comment: Ed went above and beyond for my families home. Every realtor in the area claimed we would get 650k tops. Ed got it sold for 745k, almost 100k more then what everyone else said. Boy did he have to work for it but my mom is retired now with a nice nest to enjoy her life. Thank you Ed!!!

Comment: Ed Zvec is the consummate professional. Ed guided my wife and I though the sale of our condo and the purchase of a house. Before the process got underway, Ed took the time to sit with us and get to know us, including our kids. Ed wanted to understand exactly what we were looking for, so he could manage expectations and deliver results. Ed is incredibly patient and attentive. Ed would immediately call us any time there was an update, and he was always available to take our calls and answer our questions. With respect to the sale of the condo, Ed priced it appropriately, drew significant traffic, and delivered an appropriate buyer. Other homeowners in the development told me how impressed they were with how Ed handled himself and the listing, especially during the open houses. With respect to the purchase of a house, Ed made sure to expose us to a variety of types and styles, so we could continuously refine our search, weed out everything we did not want, and ultimately find the house. Ed has all of the hallmarks of an experienced broker without any of the stereotypes of an experienced broker. Knowledge without attitude. Ed treats you like you are a part of his family and makes you feel like you are his only client. A refreshing reminder that it is possible to find someone in the service business who understands the service business. Quality over quantity. I have already recommended Ed to several people and will continue to do so.
