Comment: Nick McMillan and Anthony Tompkins of Hire Realty proved to be unfailingly accessible, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and respectful during the process of listing and selling of our home.We approached them initially regarding the potential logistics and timing of selling our home of 45 years, IF we decided to list and downsize. We were amazed at their patience with us and the lack of pressure when we were deliberating our future. We needed time and the road to that decision took us quite a few months, but we were constantly impressed with their patience and their attitude that only we could decide what was right for us. Not once did we feel pressured into making any decision with which we were not completely ready or comfortable. At the same time, once we decided to list our home they were extremely aggressive in marketing and protecting our rights and interests.At that time when we decided to list, our situation was certainly not a simple one - selling, buying, making finances work.
