William advised me of roof damage on one house during a December 2022 blizzard. He also referred me to a contractor who made the repairs on short notice to prevent further damage. This was done before he even had the listing! His help through the process of selling the houses and coordinating with my lawyer in Watertown was a BIG help. I give him a grade of A+++

With that comes years of knowledge about the history and love for area. The first time talking to Steven was like talking to a friend you knew your whole life.Living on the other side of the country in TEXAS, Steven went above and beyond to help me sell my mother’s house after she passed away. We have been looking for a camp in NY for several years and living in Pennsylvania made the logistics of a search difficult at times. Steve made the trip out to several different places and video called us or sent us detailed pictures so we could make the decision on whether or not the 6+ hour drive was worth it. Once we finally decided on a property, he kept us in the loop and kept on top of the attorneys to make sure we made it to closing with little to no issue. After my initial conversation with William Leepy, I realized he had the sense of urgency and hunger that I was looking for to help me sell my rental property. This was not a large or expensive home, and I am certain William had deals of more importance, but I ALWAYS felt as if I was his only client. Property Management firms tend to lose their personal touch when they grow and I’m glad that NNYH hasn’t lost that. Mr. Leepy goes the next mile every time. He helped me search for a home throughout the real estate slow season and every home that I found that I wanted to visit, we went to. Comment: William Leepy is a phenomenal agent! I transitioned out of the military and left Fort Drum 5 years ago. For the past 6 years, I have been trying to sell my house to no avail. Comment: It really shocks me that someone had a bad review for not only these people but for their company, Teri has been the best property manager I have ever rented from! Every time there’s a problem she is right on it with no hestitation, She doesn’t harass you when rent is due, just one simple reminder when it’s the 5th which is nice not to be pressured!
