Comment: So appreciative of Nolita Group and Bar Oved from Nolita Group. Renting at the peak of nyc rental season is a nightmare but Bar made this process a breeze. He was always quickly responsive to emails, calls and texts no matter the time of day or night and gave us advice on how to make our rental application the most attractive to management. As someone who works 9-5pm I was extra appreciative that he accommodated for me to come in to sign my lease outside of business hours. Great customer service and can say from my experience that Bar goes above and beyond in making the rental process easy

Comment: Lily Admoni was the one that showed us our apartment and she was great to work with. Throughout the entire time when showing us our current apartment she was thorough and completely transparent about the entire process.The only reason I did knock one star off is because after we signed the lease, she didn’t follow through with our ask of seeing the apartment once more before we could move in to take some measurements. It felt like after we signed the lease, she kind of left us in the dark a bit and we had to follow up a couple times. There wasn’t much communication afterwards and we were a little confused on who we should be talking to as we had multiple people reaching out to us but no one gave us any context.Other than that, she was great to work with.

Comment: Lily Admoni is exceptional. On our first showing, she greeted my roommate with: lets see if this is your home, and walked around the apartment explaining ways we could arrange our furniture. She listened to our wants and concerns emphatically and it was obvious that from day 1, Lily had our best interests in mind.I was in a unique situation, and Lily worked with me so that our application could be approved, using her expertise to make a case so that she could advocate for us. She was kind and patient, and it was obvious that she wanted us to succeed. After 64 emails and a number of phone calls, Lily submitted our application and it was approved within hours.Ive read other reviews about Lily with quotes like I feel like I lucked out. I cant agree more. Lily is a pleasure to talk to and has made the stressful process of apartment hunting so much easier. I truly feel like I lucked out. She is highly empathetic, kind, and very knowledgeable. I told her that she is now my go-to person for all New York City real-estate related requests.

Once we viewed the apartment he advised on all the requirements/ documentation needed by the landlord. Jeffry was also very accommodating as we had to set up two viewings in the same day. He was in constant contact with us while he guided us through the application process and lease signing. Jeffry streamlined the process for us and made renting easy.

Comment: Netta, at The Nolita Group was the most helpful broker Ive worked with. She was dedicated to helping us find a unit that fit our wants, needs, and budget and she delivered. She called an uber to go from one unit to the next. She was also available all the time. She texted, called and was responsive on email as well. I messaged her at 5:30 on Friday, saw the unit by 6:30 that same night and had a lease signed on Tuesday morning. Such a great experience, I couldnt recommend her and The Nolita Group more.

Comment: The Nolita Group was super helpful when we moved to the area from a different part of the city. Welcoming office, nice people and not sketchy in the slightest like many brokers in NYC are. We didnt even have to ask, once we demonstrated we had serious interest and all necessary documentation on hand, they reduced the rent and dropped their fee. Lily was particularly great. We asked to move in 1 day early, and were initially told that we would not have to pay for it. The day we were about to sign, we were told the building owner wanted us to pay for the extra day. Lily was kind enough to take the cost of the extra day out of her broker fee to honor what we were told prior to signing. Would definitely recommend using the Nolita Group if you are looking in the area.

Very accommodating and quick to get back to emails, texts, etc.Ive dealt with so many brokers that are pushy, shady, and overall unaccommodating, but Lily was the complete opposite. She was there for everything- completely transparent, up-front about costs, and provided me with updates throughout the entire process. She even helped me AFTER I signed the lease with maintenance issues, which is unheard of in my experience.If you are looking to rent, go through Nolita Group. Comment: I have been helping a family member with arrangements to relocate to new york city. I reached out to a few friends -- one of my friends referred me to Nir at Nolita. I emailed my contact info, and got a call back first thing the next morning. Nir Norich listened to what we needed --- parameters, etc. etc. Within a few hours, I got an email with with several places that met our criteria in williamsburg. After we settled on the one we wanted, Nir helped out with the paperwork back and forth. The whole process could not have been easier. My cousin has been going through a lot - both personally and professionally --- which was why i had gotten involved in helping him find new housing. Nir was very sensitive to our needs -- and really just did as much as he could to handle things. Nir did pretty much everything --- in the end, all i had to do was have my cousin sign a few pieces of paper and provide a deposit -- we got everything worked out from over 1000 miles away. A great experience -- we highly recommend.
