Comment: We closed on our family home of 32 years today! My husband and I are SO grateful for our real estate agent, Becky Archer! She was exceptionally helpful with the whole house-selling process. She toured our house a couple of months in advance, gave us great suggestions of what we needed to do to prepare our house to get the maximum price for it, and came back to check on our progress often. She expertly guided and explained everything to us through every step. Becky was very patient and compassionate when the process was interrupted by an extended illness and the death of one of our family members. Within less than 24 hours of finally going on the market, she secured several showings, resulting in multiple offers! She gave us great advice, backed with factual information, to navigate through the offers and negotiate to get the best offer. We TOTALLY recommend Becky Archer of NorthStar Reality!!!

Comment: Nancy Yerdon was absolutely stellar to work with. Although the cottage we were interested in had already been sold, she spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions and offered many good suggestions as to my real estate needs. She is personable, warm, kind and funny, but most of all, knows her real estate and really knows the north country market. Thanks Nancy!!
