Comment: I spoke to Alla regarding needing the phone number for a managing agent for a co-op in the area. I live in Florida , and it was an emergency situation. Alla was incredibly nice and helpful , and said she would get it for me. She had absolutely no reason to do so. I had never met her, I wasnt even a potential client. She was sympathetic to my situation and went above and beyond for me. My brother had unexpectedly passed away and lived in that building. I needed to notify them and did not have the phone number.Alla then went completely out of her way, drove to the building and took a picture of the managing agents information which was on the building, and immediately texted me the information.I would say without a doubt that if she would do that for a total stranger, I can only imagine how terrific she would be as your agent.She is good- hearted,and gets the job done and went the extra mile for me, I can only imagine what she would do for a client.
