We were supported every step, no question was too basic or simple to ask, and we could reach out anytime over email or text or call. Sometimes companies tell you to reach out anytime and then aren’t there when you need them. Todd was attentive but not pushy. He knew when to check in and when to give us space to get our things in order. While the condo board approval application was at times overwhelming, Todd made it easier helping us break down the steps. He encouraged us to send him documents as we got them for him to put together rather than put it all together ourselves. Comment: No matter how sophisticated you are, NYC real estate is the last place you want to go it alone. No matter how simple you think it is to exchange some cash for a title - New York has a way of making everything hard. This team and Todd specifically were fantastic from start to finish. They did their homework to identify the correct market price, competitive offerings , positioning and strategy. They supported and executed the marketing plan exactly as we agreed, and handled all of the marketing materials and open house activities. They also handled the negotiations and closing with the highest integrity and professionalism ultimately yielding a great deal for all parties. I can also add without reservation that they have an excellent reputation in NYC - my attorney was impressed when I told her we listed with Todd (and she doesnt do anything else). If you are selling this is a very big decision but consider your homework done if you select these guys to list - in my case, it could not have gone any better.
