He was aware of my needs and answered all my questions. He gave me great advice pertaining to the lease, apartment pictures, etc, which other friends told me they never heard from their brokers, but it made perfect sense. Mr. Ryan stood by his word every step of the way and if he could not get something done that night, he would inform me that he would in the morning...sure enough in the morning it was done. That listing is the apartment my partner and I ended up going with - we are so happy with the space. Many brokers sit on the apartments for months with no response, but Mr. Ryan is not a like regular broker, he goes and and beyond. He showed our apartment to several families and informed us that their application/work/credit does not live unto his expectations. Three weeks later he introduced us to the prefect tenants. He verified all their information and was comfortable to go ahead with them. I would definitely use Mr. Ryan for all my other rentals and refer his to family and friends.

I had seen a lot of not-so-great apartments, and contacted Mike on a whim when I saw a particularly nice listing. He was very responsive and offered to show me the apartment the day he called me. The paperwork he asked for was very straight forward and there were not a lot of hidden fees, which is one of the aspects of apartment hunting that gives me the most anxiety.
