Comment: Stephen is an amazing person and knows his craft really well. When I first approached him it was after a couple of other realtors had treated me very poorly. Stephen, on the other hand , was very attentive and immediately understood my needs. I wanted to open a concept gym and he gave me three potential locations within a few hours. He provided me great advice on the offer to make for the place we chose and his knowledge of the area was very in-depth and he helped me hone in on a commitment from the owner in record time. He is very warm and solicitous and long after the lease was signed, he stays in touch on the status of my efforts and I believe I have a friend for life. Stephen is truly a gem off a person )))

Comment: I have used Optimal Spaces to locate commercial real estate rentals three times in the past nine years, and all of my experiences with their brokers have been phenomenal. While they have a great number of listings available, they do a superb job of narrowing them down to those that are the best fit. They are patient with trying to find the ideal situation, yet they get everything done with the urgency needed in the NY real estate market. I highly recommend Optimal Spaces for any commercial real estate needs.

Comment: We had been looking for a new Space in NYC for 6 months without success. The economy had tanked in 2008, our lease was not being renewed. It was the middle of December and we would have to vacate by April 1. Steven found us a perfect locationwith more usable space and a lower cost per SF than we currently had. Steven came through when the chips were down. He guided us through the contract phase and made sure any bump in the road was solved. We highly recommend him if you are looking for a retail space to rent in NYC.

Comment: I had the pleasure of working with Optimal Spaces several years ago while research new commercial space. Prior to meeting my agent, I felt that I was at a severe disadvantage since the commercial market is very intimidating and I felt like I was a goldfish swimming in a shark tank. My agent took control and help me select my new space at fair terms.
