Comment: I had a good experience dealing with Chris, he was very nice and friendly, the only thing I would recommend them is to change their painter and kitchen guys, this 2 companys they are using are not professional and dont make a good job, otherwise they are an amazing companyThey are a the ISLANDs proud agents!!!

Comment: WE PICK ISLAND REAL ESTATE OF A FRIEND RECOMMENDATION ..FROM THE GET GO CHRIS RENO (OWNER) CAME TO OUR HOUSE TOOK PICTURES AND LISTED IT .. JANET MANDILE WAS OUR AGENT . BOOM !! IT WAS SOLD WITH IN WEEKS .. (THE FUNNY THING WE LIVED IN MIDLAND BEACH AND AFTER SANDY U THINK WHO WOULD WANT TO BUY A HOUSE THERE..) WE DIDNT PLAN ON SELLING SO FAST NOW TO FIND A HOME FOR US ..WEEKEND AFTER WEEKEND JANET STAYED ON TOP OF THING KNOWING WHAT WE WANTED SHOWED US HOUSE AFTER HOUSE .AFTER FINDING ONE NOW ON TO LAWYER WE USE THERE HOUSE ONE AND THERE MORTAGE COMPANY (DAVID ) WHICH I WOULD RECOMMEND JANET WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH THRU THIS WHOLE PROCESS .. IF I COULD GIVE THEM MORE STARS I WOULD !!!
