Comment: We recently had the bittersweet experience of selling our moms Tonawanda home of 67 years through the height of the Covid19 pandemic.The professionalism, expertise, compassion and attention to detail provided by Lisa Serio was phenomenal. From her initial assessment to the closing date, Ms. Serio was consistently available and demonstrated significant knowledge of the entire process being both a real estate agent and paralegal. The home actually sold for $20,000 over asking with multiple offers. Her recommendations and constructive suggestions were especially appreciated.I would recommend Lisa without reservation to all buyers and sellers and will enlist her help in downsizing my own home to possibly a condo in the near future.
