I had a lot of questions from the beginning to the end, and Daniel always responded quickly with the necessary information and acted as a great guide throughout the whole process. They’re both kind and intelligent and care about making sure that people end up moving into a solid place— they’re realistic and aren’t trying to pull anything over, unlike a lot of other characters you’ll end up coming across in this absolutely terrible, headache-inducing mission that is the apartment-hunting endeavor in the year of our Lord 2022. Comment: When my first apartment fell through, I though there was no way I could find housing before my job started. These guys had me moving into a great apartment less than 24 hrs from showing, even though the landlord was on vacation! Comment: Surprised to see all the one star reviews because I got my apartment through this company from that kid Danny without much of a hassle. I can see why some people would whine and cry about a standard fee if they get rejected though, but I guess its fair to blame the agents when you make 30 cents an hour with a 2 digit credit score and couldnt get approved for an apartment the size of the white house. Get rich or die crying.

Comment: Details, details, details!! I nicknamed dan, dan the man. I am very picky and selective! I gave dan 24 hour window to get me into a place that must had certain things im. I am a very very picky person. He listened. He found what i wanted and got me in within 3 hours of initial contact. Yes. We saw a few spaces, i was well prepared & had my documents ready. I met and signed the same day. Right before i flew out on a business trip i secured something i feel instantly in love with. Go with dan the man trust me you wont regret it.

Dani was my exact idea of what an ideal broker should be. Within 5 minutes of an inquiry with his real estate, Dani reached out and had a list of units for me to choose from.
