Comment: I have used PantigaGroup 2x. Both times Jeff Pena got me the highest price to sell. First time (5yrs ago) we went to contract with the highest price for a 1 bed in the coop at that time. Unfortunately the appraiser came in $20K lower. Nothing we could do about that (if other coop apts are selling for cheap because their realtor sucks) but Jeff took a point off his commission to give me back some money!! He didnt have to do that!!! I called Jeff up again when it came time to sell my 3bd coop. He got us the highest price again in the COOP for a 3bd. Others were sold for less. In a world of untrustworthy people myself and my wife always felt safe with Jeff. He looks out for his clients and if you are selling he will get you top dollar. Listen to his advise when selling.

Comment: It was a pleasure working with Jeffrie, as main point of contact, and Gina (briefly) from Pantiga Group.Gina, assisted during the viewing. She was pleasant and extremely personable.After the viewing, Jeffrie was responsive, straight forward, and flexible in our interactions. Although, he was working through a Property Manager and not dealing directly with the Owners, he earnestly navigated my questions and concerns with professionalism. He was instrumental in moving the approval process along smoothly and promptly. We viewed the unit on the 22nd of January and had keys in hand by the 31st.

Comment: I worked with Esperanza Estrella for nearly a year to find a mixed use property in Bronx. My needs were pretty specific and the inventory for this kind of property is generally low. Esperanza was always patient and flexible to show a property on short notice. She is a kind and energetic person, a person that I genuinely admire. After a deal fell through (cooky seller, not her fault) she persevered until I found the property that I needed. She efficiently helped me close the deal. Her professional conduct and outgoing personality were a plus.
