She was also extremely comminicative through phone and text when we had questions, and the landlord she connected us with was wonderful as well, as she facilitated the meeting with them at our request before we signed for our apartment, which shows she really cares about her clients whether were prospective renters or landlords.She is expeident yet thorough and the apartments they list are beautiful. I highly recommend her when looking for a rental, especially if its your first time.

With all the new construction of buildings in Astoria, I knew that it may take little longer to rent. Simona was wonderful. She is professional and a good person. She brought several potential tenants and if they did not rent the apartment, she always brought more. She was persistent and always had a smile. It took a few weeks but she was able to get my apartment rented. I recommend her very highly. When that need changed for me, I told Simona and she had a 1BR for me to look at within a few hours. She answered all my questions and made the application process smooth and easy to follow. The process of lease signing was incredibly professional. I was able to meet my landlord and exchange information with him and ask questions about the lease. At the end, they even gave me a little gift to celebrate my lease signing—how cute!

When we expressed we wanted to secure our apartment before it was gone, she worked with us quickly to get all the necessary items in place. The whole rental process couldnt have gone more smoothly. Comment: Found a listing on StreetEasy for a very nice looking apartment in Queens. Simona and her partner took their time getting to know us. I could tell they wanted to make sure they were getting tenants for their clients that werent only good on paper but also personable and responsible. They were very accommodating to show us the same apartment more than once, despite having busy schedules. When dealing with realtors I expect a level of customer service that borders on superficial and a bit opportunistic, but Simona and her partner were incredibly genuine and kind to us. I would definitely reccomend them to others.

Comment: Great experience. I had been looking at apartments for over a week, must have seen a dozen, and the one I saw through them was definitely the best value for the price out of all of them. Also, I didnt see it on every other realtors website, like you see most of them. Once we said well take it, they were very straightforward about the process and the paperwork and in 36hrs we had a lease signed. Definitely consider them if you are moving !

Comment: I messaged Simona to ask for a tour of a rental very late on a Saturday night. Morning of the next day she reached out and was able to give us a tour of the rental that same afternoon (talk about efficient!) She arrived promptly and greeted us warmly. She gave us a tour, and answered all of our questions, she gave us the time and space we needed to really look at the rental. Honestly, once we stepped into the rental we knew it was home. After our tour Simona was very clear on what paperwork was needed to submit an application for the rental and she provided us with the forms necessary by email very quickly. She’s truly a great communicator she kept us in the loop through text during the entire process. We had all our paperwork ready within a day or so and we were given the green light from the owner within another day or so. We were able to come in on a Saturday morning to a great looking office and in a very comfortable setting meet with the owner, sign the lease, and go over any questions. We also didn’t have to hassle/remind them to provide receipts for money exchanged or copies of any forms/lease, they were very professional and provided us with everything.On our search for a new apartment we had been running into other real estate offices that would have pictures up of a rental, advise us to come see it and either it would not be the same rental in the photos/photos would be edited or say it’s no longer available and try to sway us to consider other rentals that usually weren’t even in the budget range. THERE WAS NONE OF THAT FUNNY BUSINESS HERE. It was REFRESHING to actually work with a real estate office that was HONEST. Simona and her husband truly make a great team, I wish them much success!
