I told him what I needed and wanted which I have very high standards with my budged and Davey showed me everything(literally everything) and had my best interest at hand. I wanted to note as well that JC realtor world is very competitive and after searching for 3 moths I got pretty involved how this works. Be aware of other realtors trying to ruin showings or contracts just so they can have your business(A lot of trash talk from other parties but NEVER such unprofessionalism from Davey, ever!). PARKSTONE is the opposite of that. I cant express enough how much Davey helped me out, and went out of his way to listen to me and my needs. I got my dream home, and he also made it clear to the landlord what requirements I needed before moving in. He was able to negotiate the price for me much lower. If you are looking for NEW, beautiful apartments/duplex or house dont hesitate to go with Davey. Like I said , everyday for 3 months he had to deal with me and my stress, he never gave up on me and I really appreciate that. Just to note: they do not work after 12 on Fridays nor weekends BUT Davey went out his way to show me properties after office hours(Mon-Thurs) since thats only time Im available. So just have that in mind. But over all I give 5 stars no doubt.

Comment: I couldnt be happier with how I was treated and worked by with Davey of the Parkstone Reality’s Team.He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with me.I honestly can’t exaggerate the fulfillment of joy an gratefulness I am having just with having his help.I cant think of anything that he could have done differently or better for me.We had some difficult moments ,Im not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with me on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as he did.Davey was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his career and had our best interests in mind. Comment: I thought the apartment searching process would be long and arduous, but Jeff made it much easier than I expected. Within a week, I was signing the lease to the apartment I wanted. Comment: Jeff was my realtor and he was fantastic! He was actually the biggest life saver. I needed to move quickly with little notice and was looking during the holiday weekend. Jeff communicated with me even on thanksgiving day. He was prompt, polite, and very thorough. We got a lease signed within just a couple days and I was able to move in quickly. Comment: So i read previous reviews and to be honest I was a bit scared! I am an obvious minority, so the one review saying racism might have been involved made me worried. However, I can actually say that my experience was pretty great.I did look at the apartment in Bayonne that was EXTREMELY tiny. Jeff asked me what I thought and I told him honestly “Whew, this is really small. Like really, really.” He said he actually had another place near my current (at the time) place that was much bigger that I could look at. Of course, my fear was “what is ‘bigger’?” Especially in the NJ real estate.However, upon viewing his recommendation, it was love at first sight. It was definitely bigger (but smaller than my previous apartment), but in a secure building, near a park. It also took dogs (another rarity when apartment hunting) and had laundry on-site (JACKPOT). He also had other recommendations if this one didn’t pan out, but it did!Don’t get me wrong, he can be late but he does keep you informed of how long it’s taking him and how close by he is. He doesn’t shake hands but it’s a religious thing. He can speak in short sentences, but not in a rude manner. We were able to joke a little so he’s not stuck up.All in all, for my first time using a realtor and not a broker, it was a pretty painless experience. Thanks Jeff!
