Comment: Patrick helped us to buy our one bedroom condo in Brooklyn. He was very patient as we explored different neighborhoods. He prepared all the necessary information for open house visits and private visits and accompanied us rain or shine. Patrick is very knowledgeable about the New York market and he guided us through every step of the way, even after closure, making sure we were satisfied with out purchase. Comment: After dealing with a few agents in NY I finally found Patrick. He is a gem of a person who is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. He quickly understood our requirement and did a brilliant job of showing us some top of the line penthouses. We eventually bought our amazing penthouse via him and believe me, we couldnt have got a better deal!! He made sure we were in the loop throughout the entire process and everything was just perfect.
