Comment: After 81 years the decision was made to close our family business, Stanley Furniture House. Pavia Real Estate and John Jweid were chosen to sell the building. The first thing that John did was lease the building to help cover expenses while the building was on the market. Although it took alittle longer than expected, the point is that John never gave up and got it sold. I would highly recommend Pavia Real Estate and John Jweid for all your real estate needs.

Comment: The Pavia team is the Best!We started over a year ago contemplating what to do with our family businesses office and flex space. With over 40years of ownership, it was a lot to digest. Dominic had some great advice at the very onset of our concerns and helped us with our decision to sell the property. After going over many choices we found that selling was our best option. There is more to think about than one realizes... Options include leasing, lease to buy, renting , short term, long-term, and of course selling. Sure there are many more if you’re in the real estate business and we are not.Kevin became our point of contact and he was always available for us- I’m sure we rarely called him during business hours and still he answered or replied quickly. Within weeks he had found a buyer and a few months later a seamless closing. Comment: I’ve dealt with several commercial Realistate companies/people locally, and most are flakey at best, not Dominic. I can see why so many properties use Pavia locally. They want your business and work hard for it. I haven’t bought from Pavia yet but I’d use them over others any day.
