Her colleague Gregg basically took over while we concentrated on our move utilizing Pinnacles amazing network of contractors, photographers and listing professionals. Our condo sold on a time frame that we didnt think would have been possible and at our asking price. I highly recommend their services! Comment: Karen was my property manager for a single-family home for this past year while I have been out of state during COVID; she was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire landlord/tenant/leasing/property management life cycle and has an extended network of contractors that she could have tapped to address any issues that came up; fortunately no issues came up but the very reasonable and small fee she charged me was worth every dollar for peace of mind while i was thousands of miles away. Other property managers will force a fee that is equal to a percentage of monthly rent on you and upsell you on things you really dont need; Karen will ask you what it is you need her to do, evaluate the condition of the property and adjust her fee accordingly. Very user-friendly and always easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend her not only for property management but other services she provides given her reliability, reasonable cost, and professionalism.

We had an extremely tight frame in which to rent out our Greenwich home before we relocated to Europe, and Karen moved at the speed of light. She handled a variety of difficult situations with aplomb. Her responsiveness and problem solving capabilities are exceptional and basically saved our sanity during a really stressful time. She would bring multiple options for materials, quotes for repairs, get things done quickly(even during the pandemic) while being budget-friendly. Always kept me in the loop and helped me make informed decisions. Terrific with negotiations with buyers agent. When I bought my first home, which is a condo, I used her and found her to be not only a joyful and kind person, but a very knowledgeable real estate agent. Once again I called Karen and we set about the process of looking. Since I loved my condo so much I told her it had to be THE PERFECT house for me to make a move.
