I was skeptical about having a broker for the moving process, but now I understand why its necessary. Many listings are sent exclusively to brokers and without one you would never know! Rose helped me to find my dream apartment, and she took care of all the details. She made sure to follow up with the leasing office and helped me fill out everything necessary. The process was smooth and I barely needed to think about anything additional which was so crucial for me as a busy, working person. Besides all that, Rose was a delight to be around! She couldnt have been kinder and more patient with me, a native Minnesotan, as I attempted to navigate the NYC apartment market for the first time. And my situation wasnt easy; I was moving here without a job and without personal wealth, rendering the typical NYC thresholds for getting an apartment unattainable.
