Comment: Andres of PMI Properties has been my rental agent for multiple years now and through two tenants. The service I have received from him has been exemplary in every way. Mr. Rabinovich is the epitome of professionalism. He knows the territory. Being a first time renter, I was nervous, as I have heard of horror stories involving tenant/landlord relationships. With both of my tenants, he interviewed and vetting them very thoroughly, keeping my concerns forefront. For example, I was adamant about no pets, even though the condo allows for them. One prospective tenant claimed he had a service dog. By law, a landlord must allow for that. Had it been me on my own, I would have rented to him thinking I had no choice and would have been left feeling uneasy. Andres had the wherewithal to ask him for the credentials indicating service dog status. This candidate was not heard from again and we rented the unit to my present tenant.Mr. Rabinovich has shown expert knowledge of the rental marketplace. He conducted local rental surveys to determine the ideal rent to ask. Asking too much, a unit can go unrented for months, too little and you lose potential revenue over time. Andres had my unit rented both times within a month.He has handled all issues that have arisen without a hitch, always with my best interests in mind.Once, I needed to renew an HVAC service contract. I relied on him to take care of it. It would have have been expedient for him to simply renew with the company I had been using, but after some looking into, he found a new provider that would save me money and maintained a very high reliability rating. He did this on his own. This showed me he will go the extra mile for his clientele. Anytime I have called on him with a concern or question he responds immediately.I was recently overseas for a few weeks and would be difficult to reach. I told him should any situation arise needing immediate attention to handle it as he sees fit. What better endorsement could I give? I trust his expertise and integrity explicitly.

Comment: I’ve had many property managers in the past and Andres Rabinovich from PMI Properties was the best. His bookkeeping, his knowledge and advice are far superior. He will keep you updated on all aspects of your property and guide you through finding tenants and upgrading your property, if need be. Should you want to sell he will walk you through that process as well. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Comment: PMI Properties is the epitome of professional, respectful, responsive, and comprehensive property management service.I am a 30 year Navy veteran who retired in 2018. I had not lived in my parents house since 1984 and after my parents passed away in 2020, I became acutely aware that I would need PMI Properties expertise to manage the property in NY as I live in FL.When I reached out to PMI Properties, Andres came to the rescue. He described the full range of services that could be provided and promptly answered all my questions. He came to the house and we walked through the property as we discussed things that would need to be done to prepare it for rental or eventual sale.After I went through the house and removed personal effects and memorabilia, Andres took care of the rest - and I mean that in every sense of the word. He contracted for junk removal, interior renovation, exterior landscaping - all while keeping me informed, sending me e mail updates complete with before and after pictures. Not only was the transformation completed in record time, it was done professionally with a documented budget and with a complete understanding of the financial aspect of what it would cost.You have to understand that this is a 52 year old house that had good bones, but had not been renovated in decades. Hardwood floors were hidden beneath carpets. The front yard and backyard had heavy overgrowth - Im talking bushes in the front yard that had grown untrimmed since 1977! The backyard had 50 foot spruce trees whose branches had grown so much that the shade had killed any grass growing beneath. Even after I had removed tools and various items from the garage, it was still full! Suffice to say, the junk removal crew had their hands full!Once I gave Andres the execute order and turned over keys, he was in action immediately. To give you an idea of how fast this happened, junk removal started on June 9, 2020 and renovations started soon after. The property was listed in MLS for rental on July 14, 2020 and renters signed a 12 month lease for immediate occupancy starting August 1, 2020.As with many things in life, good results come from great people. This wouldnt have been possible without Andres expertise and deep experience in all aspects of property management. Most importantly, his kindness and compassion was heartfelt and his integrity throughout the process was impeccable. As an absentee landlord, I am 100% confident that Andres represents my interests simply because thats exactly what he has done faithfully over the past 18+ months. Hell do the same for you and represent your interests impeccably.If you need property management services, you need look no further than PMI Properties. You investment will be protected and you wont be disappointed. Your questions will be answered in a timely fashion and you will never have to wonder what is going on. However, i must admit that PMI property Management represented by Andres has provided services beyond my expectations making this experience truly positive. Comment: My family owns a building in Nyack and found PMI through Google search. Andres called me quickly and I knew within a few minutes we had found the right people. In the last year they have helped us immensely with the maintenance of the building and handling tenant concerns. Its like they treat the building as their own. They are helpful in suggestion solutions to problems before the occur sometimes. All this with very reasonable rates. We couldnt be happier.

Our HOA was self managing prior to hiring PMI properties and we were doing ok but when we added Andres and Gayle they helped us understand things that we never knew or did.
