Comment: I used to think with the wide spread availability of information and apps online for finding a home, a realtor was not required. Anthony proved this completely wrong!! His insight about neighborhoods, market trends, knowledge on construction and contacts have been priceless! He is insightful, professional, responsive and on top of things. When we would call him to provide updates on the mortgage, lawyers or on our insurance agent, he already knew about them!Anthony is a big teddy bear! He is professional, but has a big heart. In a market where bidding wars were the norm, Anthony showed how much he cared when after our 4th home where our bid was not accepted, we were tempted to see if getting into the bidding game was something to consider. He advised us that this market was not normal and to wait versus overpaying for a home. The home we eventually landed ended up being under the appraisal value!! I am very hesitant when recommending folks and nor do I leave many reviews but do feel compelled that Anthony is gem that folks should know about!Thanks Anthony for taking care of our family!

I was then recommended to Anthony! First off, very professional, right to the point., easy to talk to and I felt immediately a connection!!! Well he took control, said he could sell my home and that’s exactly what he did!!! On top of that, 3% commission!!!! Do I need to repeat that...yes, 3%!!!!
