Comment: I worked with Gail and she was AMAZING. I originally reached out for an apartment that was not the one but after a short conversation she knew exactly what i needed. I saw another apartment the next day and it was the one! I was able to view it on Saturday, Approved on Sunday and got the keys on Monday! She made the experience so easy. Highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat!

Comment: Met Gail at a unit showing by chance and ended up hitting it off quickly. Most brokers are short, and dont take the time to get to know the people touring their units. Gail was so warm and friendly to my partner and I; allowing us to ask multiple questions and didnt make us feel rushed. After we decided to move forward with the unit, Gail got us in contact with her manager Shari. Both were absolutely lovely and wonderful during the entire application process, from forms to signing the lease! If you are looking for an apartment and have the chance to work with this brokerage firm, I cannot recommend them enough!

David Siller is probably the kindest and most patient realtor I have ever met and to top it all off, he has the best apartments to show! Even when I wasn’t in the country and felt hopeless about finding an apartment, he kept sending me new postings! The day I got back from my travels, David showed me my dream place and I got it! Shari is also amazing to work with and is great with communicating between the tenant and the new landlord. I will probably never use another real estate office or realtor, and will be recommending David and Prince Real Estate to everyone I know! Don’t look elsewhere - this office is all you need to find your dream NYC apartment

Comment: All of the above qualities are true of this company, especially responsive. I tried to reach many agents on other sites that took over 24 hours to get back to me, if at all. Kathy O’Shea was my realtor and she was wonderful and Shari Prince was also great. Would call them again and/or recommend them to anyone who needs a great realty company. Definitely 5 stars for these guys!

Comment: I called on a whim after seeing a sign on the building where office must be. Was looking for a studio or one bedroom in the area and gave a call left my name and number and budget with the first gentleman I spoke with and within a few minutes the wonderful Gail called me and had a perfect place for me. Came in right at my budget and actually ended up going with the one bedroom as the location and price were on point for me and what I was looking for and then some. Shari and Gail made the whole process extremely professional, effective, efficient and a modern pleasure to do business with which seems to be getting harder to come by in general these days. I emphasize modern, effective and efficient as the Prince Realty Team seems to apply tools that compliment their work. As an avid android and PC user, learning and using iPhone for first time and coinciding with my move, generaly speaking everything in my day to day life seems a bit smoother, but this experience and transaction in particular. Gail and Shari seize perfection and utilizing email, docusign and face time in showing and closing get my A++ for effective, efficient and all around awesome.
