Comment: PROCOPIO Real Estate was tremendous to work with. As a first time home buyer, I began my home search unaware of the home buying progress and had no idea what to expect. I met my realtor, Brian Murphy on a whim after inquiring about a house in my neighborhood shortly after I moved to Syracuse from Rochester. Brian took the time to educate me on the process and what to expect and was beyond patient and understanding. We made four offers and lost two out of four and I am sure he felt more crushed than I did, on the first house my offer was accepted the sellers backed out, a first for Brian and I, Brian researched extensively, spoke with attorneys and PROCOPIO and supported me through the whole process and ensured I didn’t lose any money. When I finally found the house that I knew was meant for me, Brian dropped everything and made me feel as if I was his only client, in fact it’s hard to believe he even had any other clients at the same time because he always moved mountains to fit me in his schedule and took the time to see everything from my perspective. I am beyond grateful for PROCOPIO for their customer service and business and for having found a good friend!

Because I was out of town, they handled everything from making sure the house was clean and ready for resale, to fixing some minor issues, keeping the yard mowed, weeded, and clean, and handled many other chores that are typically homeowners duties when preparing a house for sale. The Procopio sales lead, Brian Murphy made all the arrangements, checked on the outcomes and in several instances made several firms come back and redo their work to ensure the highest quality was achieved. I cant say enough about their professionalism, work ethic, and customer service. The house closed at asking price with no contingencies or hold backs. It was the easiest house selling experience I have ever had and I highly recommend the Procopio team.

I didnt feel like he cared at all, he wasnt personable, and he took forever to get back to me. Mark reached out to me and I told him thanks, but we had a realtor. I came across a home with a few very nice portions including a beautiful kitchen, and noticed a portion where you could connect with a realtor via Zillow. We went though 4 realtors before we were sent to Frank at Procopio Real Estate ! Within days of meeting him and setting our expectations, price range and expectations we were viewing houses ! Within a week we found the perfect house , out in an offer and was under contract ! Frank made the experience as smooth as possible ! The selling agent was a nightmare and made everything unbearable but Frank kept it on track and never lost his cool and got us into our home ! Even after the sale Procopio Real Estate has kept in touch to make sure we’re still happy ! When we’re ready to sell and buy another house there is NO doubt we will be calling Frank ! Comment: Ryan went above and beyond to accommodate us while we were selling our home and purchasing another. He treated us like royalty from day one. When listing our home he went out of his way to make sure that everyone knew we had a cat and we were concerned he would escape. Within hours there was a sign on our door indicating we had a cat and to please not let him out. He also went out of his way to find us our dream home. Working around our busy schedules and making sure we were able to see the homes we wanted to see as quickly as possible.The purchase of our first home did not go as nicely. We wished that all those years ago Ryan was our agent. The first agent we had that sold us our first home did not pay attention to our needs. The agent would show us houses that were well out of our price range. The agent rarely communicated with us. Our final walk through of the home was well after we closed. The agent did not advocate for us at all. So we were a little bit apprehensive about purchasing another home while listing ours. Ryan truly exceeded our expectations. He showed us homes in our price range paying attention to the items on our wishlist. He has been readily available to answer any and all questions the whole time. He even took us back more than once to view homes. He knows what a commitment buying a home is and wanted to find ya the perfect home and be absolutely sure we loved it! This whole process would have been a lot more stressful had we not had Ryan as our agent. You can tell he takes pride in his work as evidenced by his professionalism, attention to detail, and fast communication. He truly treated us like royalty from day one. We can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience this has been! We will actually miss all of the house hunting he has done with our family!
