Comment: I rarely post reviews but wanted to share my experience with Ragette Real Estate for those that are looking to sell their home and highly recommend their services. Deciding to sell can be very intimidating (which I was) but was very lucky and fortunate to have met Ralph. He is actually one of the nicest people Ive ever met and literally helped me every step of the way.With the current market, I was weary that it would take a long time to sell my co-op apartment but his knowledge and years of experience was evident during the process. The photos he took of the property were amazing as well as the write-up which was well thought out, detailed and accurate. He took the time to gather the co-ops requirements making sure the listing was informative for potential buyers. Upon listing the property, I had multiple showings scheduled within the first couple of days of the posting. His guidance, suggestions as well as efforts helped with getting qualified offers within a month. The listing was posted in mid-Nov 2022 and I received two offers by mid-Dec which one was accepted which was closed on last month.Ralph genuinely cares about what he does and it really showed. He consistently provided updates from the showings and it felt like he was working around the clock when it came to selling my property. The quality of service provided and commitment shown were the most valued aspects taken from the experience which I feel is extremely important when making the huge decision to sell.. to know that you are in good hands with someone who truly cares and has your best interest in mind.Thank you so much Ralph.. I am truly grateful for everything!
