I had to run out of town right before signing my lease. She stayed up til midnight to meet me so I could get her the checks and final paperwork needed to make sure I didn’t lose the apartment due to timing. Rahme team not only helped us with a few of our transactions in NY but also connected us to another incredibly knowledgeable and connected broker in FL, who found us an exclusive off market deal way under market value. When I look at new states to invest, I only ask the Rahmes for referrals because they are super connected with top notch brokers and actually care about our deal success more than their bottom line, which is rare to find.

Comment: We recently hired Fouad and Grace to sell our Brooklyn condo and we could not have been happier. They are a sophisticated team and had an impressive amount of insight into the market and its direction, even as it became volatile. But they stand out for also seamlessly maneuvering into the nitty gritty, unglamorous work of selling. We didnt live in the apartment and they took on repairs, helping discard furniture, coordinating with the super for various minutiae that came up, showing up as needed to the apartment, and even choosing paint colors. It really made the difference to have a team that took on all aspects of a sale, and never wavered from our best interests. Absolutely recommend!

She explained to me everything I needed to know about the market and helped me set realistic expectations for my apartment search. Comment: For starters I never write google reviews. But after working with this agency I had to let others know truly how wonderful it is. As a landlord, I had the pleasure of working with Stanley from this agency. I’ve worked with numerous agencies in the past and none of them came even close to the level of service that Stanley provided us. He was extremely efficient, understanding, and knowledgeable when it came to the tenant applicant process. I was worried that it would take months for the apartment to be rented from prior experience with other agencies but Stanley rented out the apartment in record time. Stanley gave me the pleasure in meeting a wonderful tenant that fit all my criteria I was looking for and made the overall process stress free. As alandlord I had run ins with many agents in the past who were unprofessional, short-tempered, and overall rude. From those experiences, I was given the impression that all real estate agents were like that due to the vast surplus of tenants they handle. But Stanley broke all those preconceived notions and showed me that each client he works with is important and that their voices are heard. I would 100% recommend anyone working with Stanley if you really do care about making the tenant application process as simple as ever.

Not only do they have an encyclopedic knowledge of current market trends, but they were literally hands-on, deploying their cadre of painters, plumbers and carpenters who turned our co-op into a true showplace. They have a keen eye for home design, helping us update every room with an eye towards buyer appeal. Grace and Fouad worked tirelessly, instantly responding to our texts and phone calls and calmly holding our hands every step of the way.Their diligence and hands-on approach was especially helpful, as we were out-of-state sellers. Their brilliant staging and compelling advertising got our co-op sold in just a few days. It was the highest price ever paid for a co-op in our building! Comment: Aight Lemme.Tell.You.All.About.Stanley. Listen up an listen well first time home buyers. If you gonna choose an agent, either have Stanley by your side or dont have him as the enemy listing agent. Cuz this dude will do you wonders. Stanley is like the McDonalds of Real Estate. 24/7 and everywhere. The dude for some reason just dont sleep (which is good for you cuz you can get your answer at any time!) Jk dont do that, be normal.I was a first time homebuyer and I knew nothing. Absolutely nothing. Like the only thing I ever had close to real estate is a finance degree...but who remembers stuff from college? They dont teach you how to buy a house...they teach you capital markets and derivatives, all that lame sht. I didnt even know what a purchase contract was, so when Stanley mentioned it, I just did the usual nodd as if you understand movement. Contingency? Had to look up dictionary.com for that word. Still didnt get it. Make an offer? I thought it was one of those haggling TV shows where you talk to the seller up front and who ever yells the loudest, wins. Basically, a total newbie (in case you havent gotten it by now).AND BTW, I am neither sponsored or paid for this review (I mean they can, just reach out to me bro). Just my honest opinion. Got my Condo on Oct 27, took about 4 months from open houses to making offers to closing. Stanley was both a buyers agent and a listing agent. From working years as an architect (I hear) to being in real estate. He knows a good estate when he sees one. You can probably trust his negotiation skills cuz, ahem...architecture + real estate, like common what more do you wanna know? Anyways, yea thats all I gotta say.
