Comment: My family is so grateful for the excellent professional real estate services we received from Randy, which included perfectly listing our Brooklyn brownstone 4 family townhome that my family owned for over 61 years, negotiating with multiple potential buyers for a contract of sale, and navigating difficult pre-closing issues, such as ensuring that the property would be delivered vacancy-free from tenants who were reluctant to leave our building. Under Randys superb stewardship we listed our property at the right price, right time, and with the right buyers in mind; our house went to contract within 2 weeks of our initial listing, at a price point above its listed price.Randys trusted judgment and knowledge of the rental market was also extremely helpful in striking the right balance in negotiating exit strategies for our tenants, one of whom had been a tenant with us for over 17 years. Comment: I am writing to let you know how happy I am with the job that Randy Baruh has done in finding me a new and excellent home.I have known and worked with Randy for several years. He sold the co op that my late wife and I owned in Brooklyn Heights. We were unable to find a new place to buy, so we rented a wonderful apartment in Carroll Gardens. I knew that the two year lease would be ending, and I asked Randy to help me find a new place. I worked with his associate, Christine Calvo, who is very capable. She showed me some places in Brooklyn Heights, but they were not quite right. I had gotten comfortable living in the newer and full service building I had been renting in Carroll Gardens. I asked if he could approximate that for me. Christine then showed me a very modern, full service building with amenities galore. I had never considered living in Downtown Brooklyn, but when I saw the building and apartments I was convinced that this was where I wanted to live.Randy handled the negotiations with the Sponsor of this 2 year old development, and I was able to close at the end of March, 2023.I had asked Randy for a referral to an interior designer to help me decorate my new apartment so that it would be beautiful and effective. He referred me to Denise Rubenstein of Chandler/ Regan Design. Denise and her team were . They understood what I wanted and were able to implement a perfect plan. I get many compliments on the way it looks.I am very happy with my new home and do not believe that I will be moving again.I recommend Randy whole-heartedly. You will be very pleased.
