Comment: God sent. When I met Josh, I really wasnt sure what to expect. Every other agency told me that the type of short sale I was attempting couldnt be done and that I should just let the bank foreclose on the property. I almost believed them. What they didnt want to tell me is that they werent interested in doing all the work required to make the sale possible. Josh and Rare Holdings met the challenge head on. and after some time, I was finally able to short sale my property and avoid foreclosure. This was a huge success for me as it finally gave me some closure to one of the worst points of my life. I cant thank Josh and Rare Holdings enough. Id recommend them to anyone!

Comment: My sister and her husband were looking for houses for almost 2 years and couldnt find a decent house that fulfilled their needs. Once they got in touch with AJ as their real estate agent he was able to find them a house just within a few weeks. They were then introduced to Niraj who guided them through the whole process and made sure they got the house they liked. Any home buying process is a long stressful journey, but in the end they got a beautiful home that they can grow in.
