Comment: 10/10 experience with the team, can’t begin to say enough positive things about them!!I was walking around 5 points when I ran into Jen, their director of client care handing out flyers for 3 open houses. I had let her know I had already recently bought a home and we began to discuss some projects I was working on. I expressed the difficulty I was having in finding contractors and other tradesmen who would work on Buffalo homes and she directed me to talk to Nick. I stopped over at the open houses and had a great conversation with Nick about my home, home projects I wanted to do and areas I was struggling to find someone. He immediately provided over 6+ contacts for roofing, windows, electrical, etc. He was also able to answer so many questions I had about buffalo homes and multi-units. I feel it is rare to find people who are so willing to help when there’s no guarantee it will provide something to them in return. Both Jen, Nick and the rest of the Giambra team are amazing people who took time out of their day to help someone with information and provide so much insight to a new home buyer! If they are that helpful to someone who is not even a client I can only imagine what they do for people that work with them. Their team will officially be the first one I recommend to friends and family looking to buy or sell any real estate and I will be sure to use them in the future next time I plan to buy or sell.

Comment: Nicholas and Ryan were recommended to us by another potential buyer a few months ago. We landed up selling to a family member due to a provision in the estate but I cannot say enough about the both of them. The situation was less than ideal for showing the property and both Ryan and Nicholas were not only professional and understanding but very easy to talk to regarding their process. They made a very fair offer for the property and were very quick on their responses. I never felt pressured and they were extremely informative. They were transparent in their decision making and honestly I would of loved to sell to them. I cannot not say enough about them. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Comment: Tenacity would be the one word I’d use to describe Angela. She actually cold-called my brother, he wasn’t selling so he gave Angela my number. She then called me 6 months before I was ready to list. She followed up every 4-6 weeks by call and or text. When I was ready to list (this was an investment property in the westside) she came over to tour the double. She pointed out a few things to pay attention to before listing. I got the place up to snuff, told Angela what I wanted to list it for and what I wouldn’t take less then. I was unsure what would happen due to some of the market corrections and increasing interest rates; Angela was NOT unsure. She had it sold for asking price 5 days after listing.
