Comment: I had the pleasure of meeting Matt this afternoon. What made Matt stand out from other people in the real estate business was that I immediately got the sense that he actually cared about people and what he does. Many try to fake it. Some are even successful. Matt was as genuine as they come. He knows what he is talking about, forwards and backwards, and is able to explain it in simple terms, easy to digest, which is the hallmark of someone who truly understands what they are talking about. He gives it to you right between the eyes, which is a refreshing change from the saccharin laden sales communication coming from most people in the real estate space. Funny, intelligent and well informed, I would strongly recommend speaking with Matt!

Comment: I had the opportunity to work with Matt and list a short sale that he had been working on for a long time to set the homeowner up for success. I cannot tell you the wealth of information that I learned from this man. I’m still learning on every convo to this day. With every conversation, I figure out another trick, or a way to help somebody in these possible short sale/pre-foreclosure/forecloser situations. These homeowners need help and sometimes when you don’t know how to help them, it may feel natural to turn them away. If you’re a real estate agent, I encourage you not to turn them away, but turn them to Matt and work with him as a partner so that you can help them get to the best spot financially and emotionally. After hearing his passion in the first five minutes of the conversation, I knew he was the missing Link. I scheduled a meeting with my investor And Matt laid it all out for us step by step. Comment: I have had the opportunity to collaborate with Matt and the Team on multiple occasions as an Agent listing Short Sales and I wouldnt have been able to get the deals to the table as fast as they closed without their expertise. Hardships situations that include Bankruptcy, Default and some times almost foreclosure require attention to detail and time prioritization beyond the scope of a normal Real Estate transaction. RRG quickly became my go to referral for those sellers to discuss their options. Lia, the lead negotiator, was able to successfully facilitate multiple short sales for out sellers helping them avoid a foreclosure and even walk away with relocation fees in some cases. The complexity of the process requires a knowledgeable team with the experience to negotiate directly with the banks and lien holders, facilitate each step according to their requirements, and still ensure that both the sellers and buyers have a clear understanding throughout. RRG was phenomenal in doing just that! I highly recommend them!
