They show you houses you ask to see and ask you want you want to pay for them. Bryan is something different. He sells like a million homes every year and was always available for me. Someone from his team called me every Monday to see if I had any questions. He even made arrangements to meet me at my property at 5am so I could show him the house. You dont get this level of service in real estate and I certainly wouldnt expect it from one of the larger brokers on the island. He may have like 50,000 followers. This is where the advertising launch of your property begins in todays mobile phone culture. The traffic created through my house the first day was overwhelming. After only having 2 showings in almost 3 months with her, we met with Bryan who really educated us about the market and selling our home. The things we learned ranged from pricing our home correctly, how to get the best photos of our home and how to get ready for home inspections. We had over 10 showings scheduled in the first 3 days on the market. Our home sold in 2 weeks with an accepted offer and a backup offer. Bryan’s communication skills were excellent.
