Every time we’ve gone to donate money to a local cause, we see their names already there. Just solid, trustworthy and caring people through and through.Since this is a review of their business, we might add that they are incredible at what they do! They sold our home in Red Hook for more than the asking price. And they did this after we had to leave to care for a family member out of state: they took care of EVERYTHING and found the right buyer for our home. And they KNOW Brooklyn. So when I was starting to think about buying, I reached out to Victoria for advice on where to start. I closed last July and love my new home. Victoria was truly a partner in the process playing roles of realtor, project manager, thought leader, therapist, and friend. All were needed as we were on our hunt at the height of the pandemic and its accompanying protocols, low inventory, and bidding wars. Victoria was measured and realistic and even had some real-talk when she realized I was going to be happier in a smaller space. She easily could have pressured me to buy more. I ended up in a co-op, so the Realty Collective teams guidance and organization in helping me prepare my Board package was key. It was obvious selling agents were eager to work with Victoria as they knew she would make the process seamless for everyone involved. Victoria and Realty Collective are true unicorns.

Their listings are fantastic but they are also willing to cobroke if needed to find the best match for your needs. My favorite thing about working with the team at RC is that they are all REAL people. Though experienced and knowledgable about real estate, they all work as a team to support one another and are relatable because theyre involved in their respective communities beyond just work- they are artists, architects, filmmakers, and actors as well.
