Comment: I was having difficulty getting any sort of traction on selling my apartment until I worked with RED DOOR Realty. Renee was very energetic and optimistic about what needed to be done and she executed on her promises pretty quickly.I really liked the virtual staging photos, which gave the apartment more life. She would keep in touch weekly with updates.This was a very tough market, and my apartment in particular was extra difficult to sell but she got it done and Im grateful for it.I recommend working with Red Door Realty.

Comment: My experience with Red Door was simply awesome. As a first-time you dont know what to expect and there is so much information that it is easy to get overwhelmed. My first meeting with Renee settled so much of the angst. She walked me through every step of the process, being very transparent about the possibilities for delay, opening me to other neighborhoods in the Buffalo area, and taking time to listen to my wants and needs in a home. Every house was a new adventure and she was extremely helpful in narrowing down my dream for a first home.I also had the privilege of working with Todd, who was patient and flexible throughout the entire experience. Todds working knowledge of the different neighborhoods I was interested in gave insight without giving the feeling that you were being pressured into making a decision. Having a realtor that is communicative is sooo important in the home-buying process and I appreciated that quality in both Todd and Renee.Overall, a great experience. If I had to go through the process again, I would choose the team at Red Door WNY.
