I must say I was impressed by his dedication to the industry by ensuring himself as well as his agents give buyers and sellers the highest levels of professionalism, knowledge, and comfort during a stressful process. I had the wonderful opportunity to speak at his office in regards to my two books the 5 Biggest Home Inspection Mistakes, as well as my other book the 30 Day Home Inspection Boot Camp, and I must say I was impressed with the level of awareness as well as focus that Jared and his agents gave during my presentation. Comment: Jared Shutz was very knowledgeable of the local real estate market, and had many more creative marketing approaches compared to other agents we interviewed. He worked hard to get us the exposure needed to generate showings, which ultimately lead to multiple offers. He excelled in his ability to read people during negotiations, which gave us a great benefit in being able to close the gap while finalizing the sale.
