Comment: Ive worked with Eli twice on two different relocation searches in Midtown, Manhattan. Out of any real estate professional Ive worked with, Eli is by far my favorite. Hes thorough in his searches and actually listens to what youre looking for. I never feel like my time is being wasted seeing things that just dont work - plus he finds some really great spaces that arent always listed. We had been searching for new office space in NYC, and after finding the big name-brand broker we worked with to not be very helpful, were grateful to find Redwood and Eli. Eli was a pleasure to work with - very responsive, knowledgeable, and attuned to the unique needs we had. He has worked with NYC landlords for many years and could tell us all the ins and outs of different buildings and owners. In the end, we found a great space that perfectly suited our needs.
