Comment: I was shopping around for pricing and called Regional to get an appraisal on a property I am looking to purchase. Kayla told me to contact my lender to make sure they would accept an appraisal I ordered. I called Chase and sure enough the appraisal needs to be ordered directly through Chase. Although I did not end up getting an appraisal from Regional, they offered a lot of great advice and I am grateful that Kayla was upfront and honest rather than just taking my money. I received pricing from two other firms and was ready to move forward. I would have ended up paying for two appraisals if it wasnt for Kayla. Thanks again!
