He is a broker who is actively involved in advising every transaction at his office. He is not looking to make a quick deal for profit, he looks at each deal in a strategic way based on his vast knowledge of the Real Estate Market. Comment: I had an excellent experience with RE/MAX Solutions. I would not hesitate to refer anyone looking to sell or buy a home. My experience was wonderful largely due to the Real Estate Agents, Sandra and Rich Jacobson. The ease of sale was very important to me and my family because we were selling my parents home due to the recent death of our mom. Sandra and Rich were extremely attentive, had excellent communication skills and were very helpful when it came to referrals for getting the house ready for sale and addressing items in the home inspection report. We also got the price that we were happy with. When dealing with Sandra and Rich, you were made to feel like a customer they valued, not just a number. Instead of just communicating with us through text messages and emails, Sandra and Rich picked up the phone and called us! We were never left wondering what was going on. Anyhow, the bottom line is if you want a great real estate agent, call on Sandra and Rich Jacobson. You wont be sorry.

Most important in dealing with a Realtor is open communication and they both reached out almost everyday. The team is experienced and knowledgeable.
