Comment: We worked directly with Faith for several months on a housing search during the tough conditions of the pandemic and have only great things to say about her. Most importantly, we actually felt like she cared about us and about finding the right home for us. We had many candid conversations about balancing competing interests and what we actually wanted from the home/location with her. She never rushed us or tried to sell us on a home. She patiently pointed out the perks of a home, but was not shy about letting us know if she saw/found things that would be an issue for us later on.She is very hardworking, diligent, and detail oriented -- we must have seen over 50 properties and every showing was carefully planned. If you look at the number of closings she has had, you can tell that she gets stuff done, but we never felt like she dropped the ball with us. Her communication is top notch in that she responds promptly to emails, texts and phone calls.Finally, not only did she have the guts, shrewdness and perseverance to branch out and open her own real estate brokerage company in Manchester, she simultaneously is raising 5 boys -- which is no small feat. We can attribute her success in both of these areas to her down to earth nature/practicality, her good work ethic and her sharp analytical and communication skills.We have worked with several brokers before and she is by far tops for integrity and being real. Comment: When my wife and I started to seriously look for houses in the area, we found out very quickly that by looking ourselves, we were in over our heads. We realized that there are many more moving pieces, details to consider, and home buying logistics than we anticipated. We knew we needed some help, and we knew we wanted to work with a small, personal, local real estate business, so we were immediately drawn (and referred!) to the independent Rhodes Real Estate.
