Mario also understands the complex world of financing and the different options to get a deal done. He is ethical and was completely honest with us throughout the process of selling our unit. He explains the reasoning for all advice offered and talks it over with you. He is solution oriented and does not give up.Our situation was a little different than most because our unit was older and was situated in an older building. This made selling it challenging because other newer buildings were going up all over the neighborhood. Other realtors told us they only wanted to sell the newer units from the newer buildings and wanted us to pour money into full renovation. Well, wouldn’t that be just wonderful for those other realtors, making their job easy, and we unfortunately would never have been able to re-coupe our costs. Mario was not like that.
