He has a good working relationship with the management company of the apartment I rented and handles some of the rent/security deposit payment details. Everything is done online quickly, no bother with certified checks or mailing applications! Hes also very knowledgeable about the apartments and flexible with scheduling viewings.

Our experience was exceptional, far surpassing interactions we’ve had with brokers over the course of the past 20-plus years living in NYC.Communication was clear, transparent, and consistent; Roger was generous in answering our extensive questions and even showed us the property twice! He was the second potential sellers agent that we considered for the job. He listed the house for $225k more than the other agent would have and got the home sold very close to listing price! Roger had a high touch approach to selling our property, advising us on what upgrades we could make to our property that would be a good investment. Comment: My experience with Roger was top notch. Probably like most, i found Roger using streateasy.So i decided to reach out to him & view those apartments. I ended up with renting at the regency at 8414 143rd st.My wife and i liked the apt. Roger walked us through the buildings features like a pro and i really got a taste of what it would be like to live there. He even knew they were working on getting verizon FIOS & that the parking had a wait list.We did pay a big fee to him but would highly recommend and may go with roger again in the future.

Comment: Roger was truly wonderful not only in helping us find an apartment, but in making sure that we felt comfortable and happy throughout the whole process of moving in. Any questions we had (and we had a lot!), Roger answered us and reassured us in a timely manner to get all of the small and big things completed. Even after his required work was done with us, he helped to make sure our apartment was in the best possible condition he could for moving in. He went out of his way to communicate with our super and the person who owns our apartment to settle various little things (which added up!) and to make sure we were happy. We let him know that we need a spacious one bedroom and he showed us the biggest one bedroom we had ever seen and took the first apartment he showed us! It was so simple, fast, and easy.
