Comment: I am delighted to share the wonderful experience we had with Sina Tahamtan of Rogers & Trainor. I was the board president of a religious fellowship and we owned an older commercial building that just was not totally suitable for our needs. The process of finding both a buyer for that property and to also find a suitable new home was daunting to say the least. Finding and negotiating with the right buyer for our property took much skill and patience along with just dealing with us and our need to make large group decisions. Then to find the right new place for us and again deal with various aspects of real estate negotiating, timing and transactions was not trivial. We greatly benefited from Sina’s experience and finesse in all of these dealings and being able to work with us for the year and half it took to finally get us into our new location. Our entire membership is all smiles over the final result!

Comment: As a member of the Kingston Unitarian Fellowship, I called Rogers and Trainor Realty in October 2022 to find an agent. The receptionist referred me to Sina Tahamtan, for which I am grateful. Recently, July 2023, we completed the sale of our building and purchased a new facility. For us, this has been an incredible up and down process on both the selling and purchasing side of the equation. Sina was always there with good advice and answers to our questions. He always managed to calm our excitement and raise our failing hopes. Working with a religious organization is not easy as decisions are made by committees, moved forward by Board of Directors and a final vote of approval by the congregation. During this period, Sina had to deal with three different Presidents. He always found a way to work with us and fit our needs into the negotiating process. During the last few months, there were times when we thought we had lost the building we wanted. Each time Sina managed to keep our foot in the door and our offer active. Someone commented that he had completed another miracle so after the third time, we began referring to him as Saint Sina. He deserves all five stars.

Comment: I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sina Tahamtan over the last couple years as our congregation sold one building and bought another. It was a wonderful experience. We refer to him as St. Sina because of his patience! There were many hurdles and at each step, he was there with knowledge and options. Just when we were about to give up, he would come up with a way to make everything work. He was so good about keeping us informed and educated about the process. I could never work with anyone else now. He spoiled me/us! Thank you, Sina, for all you did.
